The aurochs is the progenitor of today’s domestic cattle. Its meat is more intensive and aromatic and an exceptional speciality, even for connoisseurs. It is a true delicacy in taste and appearance due to its dark red hue and fine marbling, and you can treat yourself to it right here at the Waldhof Alm. The meat comes from our own aurochs farm, which the manager runs with great passion as a hobby alongside the business. A gourmet experience not to be missed!
